• Leading a creative team of 10 dedicated to the Hispanic market and social media for all markets.
• Strategic brief development, idea generation, client presentation, and production to project completion.
• Write, direct, edit, manage, and handle the egos of different types of influencers for the Metro by T-Mobile brand: Dashaun Wesley, Esty, Luis Fonsi, I love Chamoy, Lunay, Cameron Esposito, Bobby Sanchez, Loco Ninja, Reggie Couz, Pierrahh, Dexrated, The Weiss Family, Taylor Cassidy, etc
• Implementation of innovative ideas that consistently yield outstanding results in both awareness and sales. The T-Mobile brand went from fourth place to second place in the US in just a few years.

2019 – 2022 Los Angeles, CA

• Conill (T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile): I managed the Hispanic Advertising creative department, for both clients. Also, for both brands, I leaded the Total Market Social Media team working in projects for NBA with superstars Jayson Tatum and Karl-Anthony Towns.
• FCB (Walmart): I crafted a successful campaign that bridged Walmart with Hispanics using emotional insights. Additionally, I adapted one of Walmart's most successful campaigns featuring LeBron James's mom
• Cashmere (Google Play; Google TV): I led the team that worked on the successful launch of Google TV for the multicultural social media market, focusing on the Hispanic, African-American, and Asian communities. I also provided creative direction for the team that carried out the first launch of the video game League of Legends in 2021 on Social Media.

• In a brief timeframe, my team and I swiftly adapted and produced between 20 and 30 TV commercials for our client Chevy, culminating in one of the most successful campaigns in Chevy's history.

2015 – 2017 Miami, FL

Clients: Revlon, Coca-Cola, Sprint, Fernet 1882 (Arg), Quilmes (Arg), Vodafone Europe.
• For two years, I served as the Creative Director for Revlon (Global) at the New York headquarters, responsible for overseeing all English-speaking markets, including South Africa, Australia, and the US.
• I also played a key role in winning the US Sprint pitch and contributed to a Coca-Cola project for the 2018 World Cup.

Clients: AT&T, FedEx Latam, Coca-Cola (US soccer), TECHO Latam.
• As the Creative Director for our client AT&T, I led a team of 15, pioneering the inaugural social media campaign for the Hispanic market in 2013. Within a year, we successfully grew the following from zero to 250,000.
• Additionally, I created the first-ever Coca-Cola soccer campaign tailored for the Hispanic market.

• For five years, I played a pivotal role in elevating T-Mobile from the fourth carrier to the number one position.
• I served as the Creative Director for T-Mobile, leading a team of 12 writers, designers, and art directors.
• Together, we pioneered innovative advertising integrations within soap operas and soccer games, marking the first in T-Mobile's timeline. This resulted in one of the most successful projects for the company.
